Concept Pricing  

• Quick, early-stage option best suited for general cost idea OR  smaller projects such as vanities, built-ins, or shelving 
• Provides conceptual price based on approximate measurements, inspiration images, and photos of the space, that you provide 
• Estimate is intended to guide planning, is based on standard finishes 
• Please note this is a preliminary quote
• 3D renderings will not be shared over email 
• Preliminary quote available in 10 business days or less 

Custom Pricing 

• More detailed and precise process 
• Begins with an on-site measurement (for renovations) or a review of client-provided plans (for new builds), followed by an in-person showroom presentation of 3D cabinet renderings and a foundational quote 
• In this meeting, we refine the design, review materials, and adjust before issuing a final quote 
• Current Timeframe based on meeting availability (3 - 4 weeks) 

Based on your selected quoting approach, we will either gather the necessary details to prepare your preliminary estimate or schedule your on-site visit and in-person design consultation. 

During the in-person consultation, we will: 

• Review layout recommendations 
• Explore materials and finishes 
• Discuss project specifications 

A revised quote and design concept will be provided. If larger revisions are required, an additional in-person meeting can be scheduled. 

Once your quote is finalized and approved, a 50% deposit (tax included) is required to initiate cabinetry production. 

At this stage, we will provide tentative production and installation timeframes, with final scheduling confirmed closer to installation. Our install team completes the installation with care, ensuring details match the approved design. 

A walkthrough will be conducted by one of our service technicians to ensure every detail meets our standards. Following this review, the remaining 50% balance (tax included) will be required.
